    Vitamin D3 is well known for its health benefits, but many people often forget that these health benefits are enhanced when D3 is combined with K2.

    For example, vitamin D3 and K2 are both essential for calcium absorption in the bone. Vitamin D3 increases absorption whilst K2 activates a protein called osteocalcin, which integrates the calcium into the bone. Without these two nutrients calcium cannot do its job effectively.

    Vitamin K2 also binds to excess calcium in the bloodstream to improve arterial flow and flexibility.
