Fast Acting Protein Profile
Easily absorbed, ultra-fast acting whey protein hydrolysate from grass fed cows*. Protein hydrolysate has special application in sports supplementation because its consumption allows amino acids to be absorbed by the body more rapidly than intact proteins, thus maximizing nutrient delivery to muscle tissues. Protein hydrolysates are enzymatically pre-digested for maximal speed of absorption.
Over 10g of BCAAs**
Featuring a large dosage of essential BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) and over 6.5g of the amino acid most associated with anabolism, L-Leucine per serving*. BCAAs consist of the 3 amino acids Leucine, Iso-Leucine & Valine. They are considered essential because human beings cannot survive unless these amino acids are present in the diet. Together they comprise approximately 1/3 of human muscle tissue and are essential in muscular repair, growth, recovery and performance.
L-Glutamine Peptides
Skeletal muscle represents the greatest store of glutamine in the body. High intensity exercise decreases our plasma glutamine levels therefore athletes supplement with L-Glutamine daily and following intense exercise. It is suggested supplementing with L-Glutamine post training aids muscle adaption and may support muscle glycogen replacement following exhaustive exercise. It is considered that L-Glutamine peptides allow for faster assimilation. Studies have been published that suggest L-Glutamine also supports a healthy gut, aids to strengthen the natural defences.

Neurotransmitters help nerve cells communicate and influence mood. It helps in the function of organs responsible for making and regulating hormones, including the adrenal, thyroid, and pituitary glands. It is involved in the structure of almost every protein in the body.
