Daily take 2 capsules of Beta-Alanine, and 1 capsule each of the rest of the products! UNBROKEN PAK provides 15 complete such servings with a few leftover capsules of Beta-Alanine and Co-Q10, that’s normal, you can take them by themselves. Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such.
