A simple way to lock down your hook-grip. Jerkfit Nubs are durable elastic thumb wraps that many lifters have come to prefer over standard athletic tape. Sold in pairs, Nubs are uniquely chalk and water absorbent, and their comfortable padding helps reduce friction, stabilize your grip, and prevent knurling related cuts or irritation.
Jerk fit Nubs are hand-made in America and are completely latex-free. There are three sizes to choose from (see sizing chart below), so you can select a pair that will stay firmly in place throughout a WOD while still being easy to put on and take off.
