Consumption:
For energy support: Take one serving (11 g – scoop filled up to the 15 ml scale line) and mix it with 400 ml water, 15–30 minutes before training or whenever you need an extra push. For amino support: Take one serving after training or on an off-day. Do not exceed more than two servings per day. Individuals who are sensitive to stimulants should first assess their tolerance by taking less than a full serving. Take 5 days break after 6 weeks of use. Do not take within 4 hours of going to sleep.
