 YOU CAN’T BAKE? YOU DON’T NEED TO!

Mix the protein bread mixture with water.

1. Pour the entire baking mixture into a bowl. Mix well with water.
Let it rest for 30 minutes. 

Place the dough on a baking tray or in a baking form

2. Place the dough into a greased or baking paper-lined form or shape and place it on a baking tray.

Bake the protein bread for approx. 50 minutes

3. Bake on the middle shelf in a pre-heated oven at 175 °C for approx. 50 mins. The exact baking time may vary depending on the oven.

4. Let it cool. Slice it. Enjoy.
